We went to the dealership to look at a Yukon that was on Auto Trader, but it was just sold. So Melissa went on the internet and checked the other car lot that the dealer had and found one that fit our needs Auto Trader, but it was just sold. Very disappointed! My first car I bought from here had a great experience so bought a second one, Had a couple problems service told me everything would be taken care of, turned out to be warped rotors so t great experience so bought a second one, Had a couple problems service told me everything would be taken care of, turned out to be warped rotors so they say. Picked up my car got on the highway with my kids in the car for the same thing to be wrong, so I drove it straight back. I suggest if the problem is over 65 mph then test drive it over 65 mph. They didn't even bleed the brakes after replacing them I went to stop and they went all the way to the floor. Turns out not the rotors it seems to be an extremely bent rim. Owning my car for 3 weeks I have only had it for 1 of those. Now just waiting to see who is going to pay for this. Overall my opinion is the service dept. has no idea what they are doing. My business with this company is done More
