They not only did the service I requested (rotated my tires, fixed my valve stem, changed my oil)....they also replaced the part in my car that had an open recall, did an alignment so help improve the longevity of my tires and fuel economy, and washed my car. All in less than 2 hours. Always impressed by everyone at Courtesy Mazda and will continue to come back anytime my car needs servicing. More

disappointed on 2.18.20 I went in to this dealership because my car had to be jumped twice. It's a 2017 Mazda CX5 with less than 60000 miles. They did not diagno on 2.18.20 I went in to this dealership because my car had to be jumped twice. It's a 2017 Mazda CX5 with less than 60000 miles. They did not diagnose the issue, they just replaced the battery. Less than 2 months later, I brought car back into the dealership because it had to be jumped again. the Service person told me on the phone it was probably a rodent issue (really?). They gave me a loaner car (very much appreciated) and again said it was probably a rodent issue. 3 days later I got a call saying that they charged the battery over the weekend and the car started on Monday. I asked what the issue was and they said probably a rodent issue but we found no evidence of that or an after market remote start issue. I have a Mazda service remote start package that Courtesy installed. Still no diagnosis as to the real issue and $190 later I'm no better off than when I went to them in the 1st place. Courtesy and Mazda do not need my continued business. The car is a $36000 vehicle, I deserve better than what I received. You are the dealership. If the dealership can't find an issue with one of their vehicles, I made a serious mistake with this purchase. I want to be able to use all the features I bought, not have them turned off because of an electrical issue with this vehicle that a dealership can't or won't solve. More
