Friendly, organized, not sleepy. Sarah with Service called me multiple times throughout the process which makes me feel they care. Would definitely recommend this service department. Also would recommend the 2019 ct-5, that was my rental car and the thing was a beaut. More

Wonderful Simple recall fix and they did it in less than an hour. I had my dogs with me and they even offered them treats and water! Great service all around. Tire replace Purchased the more expensive tires for my mazda. I understood there is no warrenty. I have driven less than 1500 miles and got a flat. This was not a Purchased the more expensive tires for my mazda. I understood there is no warrenty. I have driven less than 1500 miles and got a flat. This was not a repairable situation and was told I needed to purchase a new tire! Charged full price, charged all setting labor charges there are!! Why am I coming to a dealership to get service when non- dealership locations rotate for free? Give a little price break on a replacement for a tire I just got? Why would I continue to come there or recommend a dealership? The correct answer is... I wont More

Not your normal service appointment I recently had my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a mini detailing. They no longer offer detailing service but I was owed one from a prior I recently had my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a mini detailing. They no longer offer detailing service but I was owed one from a prior appointment . They did an excellent job and my car feels nearly new. Thank you for taking such great care. My husband passed away recently and this was a bright spot in a dark time and I won’t forget it. Please keep up your excellent standard of care. More
