Botched oil change I took my car in a week before for atypical oil change. Turns out they didn’t put it back together securely and I ended up leaking all my oil. I don’t know because of a snow storm that it was oil under my car in my drive and not melting snow. I had to have it towed there and they fixed it at no cost. However they were pretty flippant about it and gave me no reassurances that my engine wasn’t damaged. And they didn’t offer me any compensation for my troubles or offer to pick me up to come get my car. Very frustrating and inexcusable. More
Customer Service Excellent I randomly showed up out of the blue to get my oil changed. They warned me that it might be and hour and 30 minutes. They were done in 45 minutes!!! horrible service I decided to give Cortesy Mazda one last shot. Last time I got our oil changed there they based the next service due sticker off the tripometer and l I decided to give Cortesy Mazda one last shot. Last time I got our oil changed there they based the next service due sticker off the tripometer and listed next service due at 10k miles, when they were doing a 15k mile service. They left the hood unlatched, had to pull over on the highway on the way home to close it. They lied to me about adding android auto to my car, costing them a huge sale. And they lied to me about another part as well claiming I needed a new windshield because Safelite broke the sensor cover above the rear view while replacing the windshield. I gave them one last shot because we had some rear end noise coming from the brakes and I had yet to research other dealerships. This car has a TSB on it for the rear calipers dragging and brake noise. They kept the car all day, claimed to have "cleaned" the brakes and it was exactly the same when we picked it up. I had my wife drive it past us a few times, service manager heard it and knew it wasn't right. When he had his "lead tech" who appeared to be drunk, listen to it he claimed it was "perfectly normal." I've had dozens of cars and have never had one sound like this. And this noise only came up the last couple of hundred miles. We have an appointment at another dealership on Friday. Assuming they teat us right we will be using them for our Mazda dealership future needs. Regardless I will never go back to Courtesy. And if I were Mazda I would be ashamed to fly my logo above their building. More

Always great service! Went in for an oil change and asked if they could check on a strange noise coming from the rear of the car, I thought it was brakes, but turned out to Went in for an oil change and asked if they could check on a strange noise coming from the rear of the car, I thought it was brakes, but turned out to be simple adjustment on a heat shield. they made the adjustments and I was quickly out the door. Give Chance a raise Our Mazdaspeed3 went in for an oil change and I inquired about an airbag light that had been present since we bought the car from Courtesy. Chance un Our Mazdaspeed3 went in for an oil change and I inquired about an airbag light that had been present since we bought the car from Courtesy. Chance understood it was going to take longer than normal service time and he saw I had my 2 year old son with me, so he set us up with a loaner to take in the mean time. They did the diagnostic and later informed me the part we needed was on backorder and had no estimated time to be shipped because it had been discontinued. He didn't sugarcoat the details of the situation, and didn't give me unrealistic timelines that he couldn't deliver. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the repair done at Courtesy with Chance, but will be going back for service there as long as he's there. We were fortunate enough to find the part at McDonald Mazda in Lakewood, so we ultimately decided to just have them service the car since they had the part, and we would have had to drive down there anyway. Chance is relatively new to Courtesy, but they did a great job in hiring him for the service department. The situation could have gone south, but Chance made sure to maintain constant communication with us throughout the process, and that made the biggest difference. More
