Ok service, not very friendly staff, terrible communication Took my car for what turned out to be major issues. I had to call that evening and the told me the car wasn't going to be ready until the afternoon of next day. I was left without a car I needed for work. Then the next day the had to keep the car for yet another day and again they never informed me. At the Subaru dealership I take my other car, they always tell me how long they need to keep the car for and if it needs to stay overnight the offer a loaner. Also, no voice mail on service department. If they don't answer you have to keep calling. The main receptionist sounded surprised when I asked her if the service department could call back. More
Service took a very long time Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive considering a dedicated oil change place can get that same work done in 30 minutes. Also, $250 for the work done seems very high. $20 install on an air filter is crazy. I don’t mind pay for the filter, but install on those is trivial, so charging $20 feels like gouging. In the past I’ve been very happy with service, but the guy in charge now is NOT friendly, and a little rude. Likely won’t be back. More

Charles claimed I needed a new windshield to fix the cover that isn't attaching to the safety equipment above rearview. After looking at it again he is definately incorrect, at best. Shady and trying to sell me an $800 something I don't need at worst. He also claimed that Android Auto could not be added to my vehicle when another Mazda dealership just confirmed that indeed it can be. They based the mileage on the "service due" sticker off the tripometer. Apparently my next service is due at 10182 miles when the car has 15182 miles on it, tripometer read 5182. And last but not least they didn't even close my hood fully. I had to pull over on the highway afterwards to close it. Complete incompetence More
Overal service over 5 years We bought our CX5 Jan 2014 and service has always been good. Only concern is high turnover of employees. Always someone new eveytime we are in. Rating also would have been higher had our windshield not been marked green when it has 4 huge cracks in it! Makes you not trust the other green markings in the check list and seem to just be getting marked to perform a task and not actually looked at. More

One of the issues they could not duplicate, and wouldn’t even try to get a better understanding of what I was mentioning, even if Mazda corporate wouldn’t allow the recording to be used as a determining factor. However, it would be nice to be able to get some one on one time with the technician to at least get a better idea of further steps and actions that can be taken to alleviate some of the issue at hand. I also was told by the service advisor that I had nails in two of my tires. They wanted to charge $30 PER TIRE to repair two nail holes. I respectfully, but forcefully declined. I had them air up my tires. I made it all the way back to my home town and was able to get the tires fixed by an independent shop. While I was at the independent shop, I asked them to repair both tires as advised by Mazda. They repaired one tire as required. However, on the other tire, there was no nail found. They did all the requisite diagnostic procedure to try and find the nail. They couldn’t find a single leak on the wheel. I feel as though the service department at Mazda didn’t have my best interest at heart. I’m leery to return for anything other than warranty work if I’m going to be lied to to get more money out of me. Also, I have no record of any work performed. Every other vehicle I’ve owned, I’ve received paperwork for EVERY warranty visit I’ve left. I feel as though they need some more training on professionalism with customers. More
