Took my car in, Drove my car out smiling(me not the car). I called to get an appointment for servicing my Mazda 3 and got a quick appt. During Normal Oil service they found two issues with my car, both related to things I had asked them to take a look at. They showed me what they found, including taking me to the car so I could see. They fixed one and ordered parts for the second. They explained everything in detail to me and I approved their fixing the problems. They even offered me a loaner while they completed the work. Great service (both for the car and the customer). Timely and even significantly less expensive than I thought it would be. Thanks to the mechanics and the customer reps. More

Unhappy with service I had my headlight lenses polished and the lenses look great. I was not happy with the condition of my CX9 following the procedure. The hood was cover I had my headlight lenses polished and the lenses look great. I was not happy with the condition of my CX9 following the procedure. The hood was covered with white specks and some dirty water marks that run down the front of the van around and below the lenses. I took the car to a car wash and got most of the marks off the paint...some spots were not easy to remove but most are gone. The car should not have been returned to me in this condition. More

Poor service I took my car in for an oil change in April 2018. When I was leaving, an oil filter that was left by a tech flew up hit my windshield and cracked it. I took my car in for an oil change in April 2018. When I was leaving, an oil filter that was left by a tech flew up hit my windshield and cracked it. Lucky it didn’t hit my hood. I took it back and they said they would order and replace the windshield. I had to repeatedly call and finally in July 2018 they replaced my cracked windshield. When I left the service department this time and was driving down the highway, I discovered my hood was not latched. I will definitely think twice about using this service department again. More
