Not a reflection on Sales or Mechanics. This review is regarding recent experience with the Service Center. I purchased my Mazda in 2012 at Courtesy Mazda in Longmont and always had a good experience regarding recent experience with the Service Center. I purchased my Mazda in 2012 at Courtesy Mazda in Longmont and always had a good experience with the servicing and staff until this last visit on September 2nd 2021 (different staff now). I will not be going back there. I knew it was time for a transmission tune-up and they said they would do a full diagnostic, which is fine. When I spoke with Sara she said the good news is you don’t need a new engine, but your spark plugs are misfiring, so we need to replace them and their fuel injectors. When we asked her if all 6 of them are bad, she said no but you might as well get them all replaced while they have the car apart in a condescending and belittling tone. It was unprofessional and I felt pressured, it would have been nice if she was upfront and said they are not all bad and given me the option to have just the bad one(s) fixed or all of them. Not that important but they didn’t wash my car after spending all that money and they have in the past even with an oil change. I always get a survey to fill out but not this time, it has been 10 days and they never sent one. I have always given a good review, so it appears they are only posting the good ones. I found out which survey engine they used and posted this review there. More
Service center had good communication. The people I worked with to get scheduled, work on my car, and check me out were all very pleasant. The service department at Courtesy Mazda has always taken great care of me and my car. I bought my 2020 Mazda3 AWD hatchback at Courtesy and have taken it there for 6 of my 7 scheduled maintenance appointmen great care of me and my car. I bought my 2020 Mazda3 AWD hatchback at Courtesy and have taken it there for 6 of my 7 scheduled maintenance appointments. I wish I had taken it there for all 7. Their work has been done cleanly and quickly. I’ll continue taking my car to Courtesy even though they’re 37 miles away from my house! More
