We are certain when we bought our tires that the salesman said that changing winter to summer was free but the dealership charged us. Plus, we had complained for more than a year about the Infotainment syste said that changing winter to summer was free but the dealership charged us. Plus, we had complained for more than a year about the Infotainment system constantly rebooting and nothing was ever done. Now we found out that the SD card was faulty and they should have replaced it. But it is now out of warranty so the dealer won't honor it. This is poor service. More
