What I liked about Joe was a no pressure sales pitch to buy a vehicle. Joe spent a lot of time with my family going over the details of a Volvo XC90. From upper management to the sales team, there was never any pressure to buy a vehicle from the dealership that day or even in a week or a month. I truly valued their hands off approach to not pressuring me to buy a car from them. The story ends happily as my family did end up buying the XC90 from Joe. The entire buying process was smooth and painless. Joe did everything in his powers to get us the vehicle we wanted with all the options we wanted. This is our second purchase from McDonald Volvo and we were just as impressed the second time as we were the first time around. More
