Joe Cimino was amazing My wife and I were looking to get a used Subaru for the Colorado winters. Unfortunately the two we wanted to look at were already sold. Robert and Ray made sure everything was going well - like good hosts at a gathering - yet rightfully taking pride with the quality service we were receiving. Although we were at a car dealership, you would not really know there were cars parked in the showroom as there were no irritating automotive odors. It was obvious that attention to even minor details is important with this team. Afterwards, we had no problem driving over 300 miles home and enjoyed the trip - not just because of the great car - but the effort by the staff to assure we felt confident about our transaction without buyer's remorse. (it's not like we were buying jeans) Salesman showed us everything we needed to know about our new Volvo. Great to know there is a finance department available to offer products that add value to your vehicle. Smooth purchase, good deal I was working with another dealer closer to my home narrowing in on a specific Volvo. I then called McDonald and talked with Ray (sales manager). He was able to give me specific pricing information that helped me quickly negotiate with the other dealer. It became apparent that the other dealer could not meet McDonalds pricing. McDonald also has a much better inventory than the other dealer. We drove down to McDonald, and Ray paired us up with Joe. Joe walked us through their inventory, and we were able to be more selective with options than we could with the other dealer. Joe also was able to explain more details about some of the advanced technology on our Volvo. In the end, McDonald won the deal. Better pricing, better selection, and knowledgable and helpful sales people (thanks Ray and Joe!) made us very happy customers. More
