Great experience buying a new car We had a really great experience buying a new Volvo from McDonald Volvo. Dylan was amazing at explaining all of the features that the car had and We had a really great experience buying a new Volvo from McDonald Volvo. Dylan was amazing at explaining all of the features that the car had and he had no problem taking us on multiple test drives. He was not pushy or sales-y whatsoever, it was a pleasure working with him. We were able to work out fair terms for the vehicle. At no point did we feel harassed to having to complete deal, on contrary the negotiations were very pleasant. The dealership itself is really nice. The showroom is airy with a spacious lounge area. Volvo seems to be bringing the aesthetics of their car interiors to their dealerships by using high end design and materials. I would highly recommend giving Volvo a try. Their tech is awesome and their designs feel very luxurious. More

Friendly and Knowledgeable Aucencio and the team all provided excellent service, and he was very knowledgeable when it came to discussing the S60 I ended up going with. We had a few issues with paperwork not coming up right, which lead to a longer than I hoped sale process. And while the car seemed to be advertised as a certified pre owned car, there ended up being additional cost which was misleading in my opinion. All in all however I would definitely recommend any car purchase here. More

You would have thought I was buying a 70K luxury Volvo, not a 7K immaculate high-mile Ford Focus by the way they treated me. Had been looking at Audi, Mercedes and BMW but took a peak at Volvo beacause they were offering some nice incentives. My husband reached out by phone and luckily got connected with Aucencio Martinez. Aucencio immediately emailed us some options and let us know that we could come at any time. We stopped in the next day for a test drive and when I didn't seem interested with the specific car I came in to drive, he was already texting someone at the dealership to have another choice ready. He was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable . He and Rob Molyneaux went out of their way to make sure we received every incentive and spiff we were eligible for, even finding a discount that I wasn't aware of after I had already agreed to the price. Jacob in finance was speedy, knowledgeable and very friendly. Could not be happier with my purchase and came away with way more car than I thought I could afford. The dealership was welcoming, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend McDonald Volvo. More
