Worst experience with buying a car. They are took advantage of retired people. Ripoff. Very stressful experience. We told that the doors auto lock not the case when to exit the car. The mask was put on shady. This car was not represented to us at all by the sales department. This dealership cares only about making money and could care less about the customer. The sales person never showed us on to operate this car at all only how to work the computer. Did show us how to operate the features was in a rush to get us down the road. So sorry we bought a car from McDonald Volve there sales manager only cares about making money on us and nothing else. Even tired to consider buying an XC60 and they still attempted to screw us over with making money and not making this situation correct. I will tell anyone and everyone to never but a car from this Dealership. More

The dealership was extremely accommodating. We went in without intending to buy, and Mr. Ladd answered every one of our questions, even though he was busy with some other folks.
