Addendum to the above review. We were at last contacted by the director of operations who totally owned their mistakes and since we are now at a loss for Spring/Summer tires, comped our snow tires which seemed like a fair resolution. he also added that they appreciated our many years of trust in them. Hopefully, that trust will continue to be restored with continued good service and potentially future car purchases. Since I cannot retract the prior review, I hope this addendum helps to allay others' concerns about using McDonald. To be fair, we have gone to them not only because of their proximity but because of generally good service and communication. We will chalk this up to a "series of unfortunate events" and continue working with them!
