The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! And I’m still waiting to hear back from management More
It took 4 1/2 weeks for diagnostics and images to be uploaded to the manufacturer after we were told on more than one occasion that they were waiting on word from the manufacturer. When we got our vehicle after 6 weeks, the air conditioner had not been reconnected, and the skid plate was inside the back of the vehicle dripping oil. My husband sat for six hours (8:00 - 2:00) waiting for a service tech to install the skid plate. Outright lies, misrepresentations, failure to respond to phone or email inquiries, misplaced blame, and mechanical neglect—those words sum up our experience. More

Waiting area was clean. It took a couple hours for my oil change. The chairs aren't very comfortable for short people like me. Everyone was pleasant & easy to work with. Mr. Reid your service center's customer service is on a decline. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I was told that they did not have the parts for my car. I get two of my cars serviced there. After s decline. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I was told that they did not have the parts for my car. I get two of my cars serviced there. After stating that doesn't work for me and communicating that they verified they did at the time of booking my service have the parts. They then located to correct parts. My oil change once again took over 3 hours. I had to go seek an update and all of the employees walking by never spoke acknowledged me or other clients. When I say all the employees, I mean all. I was speaking to them. The only one that even made eye contact was a gentleman walking with a limp with the white and blue Jordan 3s. I had a similar experience my last visit and I believe I spoke with you then as well. Being a manager you have to be informative to other leader so that there is an attempt to improve service and efforts. The gentleman checking me in and out was kind as always but seems stretched thin. Looking forward to improvement on my next visit before discontinuing my service needs with you. More
