I have had my car service twice in 3months and my left driver light was out. The dashboard had a yellow warning light. . Both times the overall multipoint inspection said my lights were good. The most recent service in November was needed due to both of my headlights needing replacements. I feel this dealership has really done a disservice to my Hyundai Pallisade. You guys have striped my oil pans holder, forgotten to put oil in my truck caused problems and inconvenience. I think it’s time we double check the process of actually checking the vehicles and checklist. More

I have always loved this dealership, very professional and I love the waiting area as you can watch your car being worked on as well as the complimentary snacks. I arrived for my appointment on time and was told it would take 2 hours. It took over 4 hours. The biggest reason for this was your staff. Coming from Florida, our car started to break down on the interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon a interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon as they opened the next day and repaired it within a few hours. It was a major repair requiring a fuel injector replacement, but they had me back on the road in time to get home 5 hours away in Tennessee by dinnertime. A big thank you to Kim and the other good people there at McDonough Hyundai! More
