Brought my Car in on a Friday and was NEVER contacted by the service center again. I had to call on Monday and waited an hour holding on the phone to find out that my car was done. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, to find out that the service rep. was not there. Tony asked if he could help and had to go searching to find out where the keys were. Tony did a good job in tracking everything down and get me out the door. More
