My vehicle has been sitting in the parking space in the parking lot unrepaired for almost 4 months. I was told my car FINISHED and just waiting for a car wash. I went to the dealership saw it sitting in th parking lot unrepaired for almost 4 months. I was told my car FINISHED and just waiting for a car wash. I went to the dealership saw it sitting in the same space untouched. So I asked for the Service Director and was told he is in a meeting and and the tech was going to start it after he came back from lunch. I went back a week later because again I did not receive any update it still sat in the same parking space. I asked again for the service Director and was told he was in a meeting he will call you. I did not receive not receive a call again. But I was able to speak with a different service advisor, who confirmed with the Tech, the tech had not started on my vehicle and had made a complaint that management kept giving him other cars and the tech said he had not be able to get to my vehicle. At this point I was told it was being started on for two weeks and NOTHING was done. I have reached out during this process numerous of time to Tim Whitehead and always told he was unavailable. Today I was told if I want to speak to him I have to come in again. While my vehicle sits in the same spot since Jan 27 and today is April 14. When the service Director will not even pickup a phone, there is no responsibility to be truthful. I was promised a call and got a text saying work has started on my vehicle. The tech is off today so he will continue repairs tomorrow once he comes back in to work, from the service advisor, who told all the parts were in when they were not and has told over and over again the work has been started while the vehicle sits in the same spot since Jan 27. So if the Tech started replacing the engine while my vehicle has not moved from the same space this is complete unprofessional parking lot engine and turbo replacement. The lies truly just don't to make sense. This experience is making it really hard to stay Brand loyal, I've been purchasing with Hyundai since 2008 for myself and my children. 9 cars totaled. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER Had with Hyundai Service. My daughter's sonata even had a engine replaced, nothing at all like this experience. More
