Came to the dealership twice for the same issue. I provided the check engine code and was still charged a diagnostic fee. Service department was horrible service council quoted me one price and then change the price when I came and to have the work done. The multi point inspection stated that I have an oil leak. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy in to get a new key fob programmed. Kim was the service person that helped me with this. She was very helpful by telling me that coming in early was a way to m a new key fob programmed. Kim was the service person that helped me with this. The last time I dealt with McDonough Hyundai was not a good experience. My insurance check was cashed and i hadn’t even got serviced with them. I had been waiting weeks for them to do work on my car, but good experience. My insurance check was cashed and i hadn’t even got serviced with them. I had been waiting weeks for them to do work on my car, but they never got around to it.But through the process my insurance company had sent a check to them because I thought they would work on my car. I ended up going elsewhere. When it was time to pay the body shop I had decided to go with, I found out that McDonough Hyundai had cashed the check. And when I asked my advisor about it, he said he didn’t know anything about it because he didn’t cash it. Thankfully they issued a new check. I just thought that was so unprofessional so I decide To never go back to that dealership again. More
