I had very poor service during my visit on May 5, 2025. I arrived a bit early for my 09:00 a.m., appointment. (replace the armrest assembly console; your team member told me about the BLUELINK recall, so I I arrived a bit early for my 09:00 a.m., appointment. At ~12:15 p.m., I asked for a status update; it took ~15 mins, for the gentleman who checked me in, to return and let me know that he did not know when the job will be completed. He offered to provide me a ride home, and back (when the car was completed). We have one vehicle; since it was Ash Wed and my wife needed the vehicle by 4:00 p.m., to go to church, I told him I would either need a loaner vehicle, or my vehicle (which means I will have to return at a later date for the repairs). At ~1:15 p.m., he told me the armrest assembly console was installed, and that the BLUELINK checks were being accomplished (but had no estimate on that). At ~1:35 p.m., the car was completed. Once the paperwork was completed, my advisor, Mr Moises Bonilla apologized, saying he had no excuse for what happened. I let him know that I appreciated the apology. More

Fix your phones! It’s hard to get an update on my car because the phone lines do not work. Also I was told that my car was fixed BEFORE I paid for it then afterwards It’s hard to get an update on my car because the phone lines do not work. The check-in was prompt but the service and Communication was terrible. One of the services never got windshield washer fluid and had to go buy some within days of service.Had to call so many time just to ge was terrible. I don’t know how well the maintenance was done because my car now has rattling noise from the AC vents. Very disappointed. More

A lot of hustle from this team! They were short-staffed and moving to make up the difference. Check-in from Jaden with tablet was great.
