Well I would like to say the dealership was very nice and clean and very accommodating with the snacks. Now let's get into talking about Jeremiah. He was at first very pleasant to meet and work with. He asked me would I like my car washed after the recall service that was being done on my car, I replied yes. As my car was being service I asked him about trading my car in etc, he then told me he had someone perfect that I can speak with, which was Willie, 100 across the board on his behalf. So like I said I did not come there to get a new car I was just inquiring about it just to see where I was at. Willie took my info to see what was what, told me that I had a little work to do before I can get a new car, fine no problem. So as we was talking Jeremiah comes over with the paper work for me to sign for my service that was being done, and he gives Willie a look like to asks him did I get approve or not Willie shakes his head No and that was the that. The fact that he could not wait until I left to find that information out, he proceeded to asks him or signal the notion right in front of me as if I was not gonna catch that. I thought that was very unprofessional. On top of that my car was not washed instead after I left and called back to speak to him about it he blatantly lied to me about it being washed. I know my car and I could tell once I got home that it had not been washed. If he would of said you know what Ms. Blue I forgot or they forgot I would of took that to be a little more noble then to tell me well it was wet when I got it and the sun must of dried it up. So yeah my experience with him was not good and I feel that he embarrassed me because I did not get approved that day which again was fine because I did not come there for that, and two he lied about my car being washed. More
