Came in for a TPMS reset. The estimate was $1500 just for the replacement of four TPMS sensors (I denied the service and went elsewhere to get it done for almost $1000 cheaper The estimate was $1500 just for the replacement of four TPMS sensors (I denied the service and went elsewhere to get it done for almost $1000 cheaper). On top of that, some of the recommended services were bogus. They recommended me getting my air filter ($51) and cabin air filter ($97) replaced. The problem with that is that I replaced them both myself two weeks prior. It was obvious no one actually went in and checked to see if those items needed to be replaced; they were just adding on additional services to make more money. After I denied all services, it still took over an hour for me to get my car back. It was a total estimate (if I approved all “recommended services) of $4227.91. All for a TPMS reset. I paid my $225 diagnostic fee and got out of there…that is, after waiting over an hour to get my car back. My impression was that this service department tries to extract the most money out of its customers. I have since gone to a different Hyundai dealership in the area and have had a much better experience. I will not be back to McDonough Hyundai. More

Brought my Car in on a Friday and was NEVER contacted by the service center again. I had to call on Monday and waited an hour holding on the phone to find out that my car was done. When I got to the deale the service center again. I had to call on Monday and waited an hour holding on the phone to find out that my car was done. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, to find out that the service rep. was not there. Tony asked if he could help and had to go searching to find out where the keys were. Tony did a good job in tracking everything down and get me out the door. More
