There needs to be more communication between service department and customer. I was there for 3 hours for a recall notice. Heard nothing from service department the whole time. They were texting my wife at work instead of talking to me. They never asked for a contact number when I checked in. I had to take off work and I have to take off again because the part had to be ordered for a Hyundai recall. More
