Since I did end up purchasing the vehicle, I am going with a "fair" review. The salesman seemed to be a nice guy but withholding my trade-in's keys and then not handing them over when I asked multiple ti with a "fair" review. The salesman seemed to be a nice guy but withholding my trade-in's keys and then not handing them over when I asked multiple times for them back, was not cool. I understand they wanted to make the sale, but this was wrong. Also, when the Salesman showed me the payment breakdown, it was a bit more than what I had already calculated, due to the 0% financing. The Salesman laughed and mentioned something about the monthly payment numbers having "the old or wrong APR." It felt suspicious to me, but I believe most customers would have caught this if they worked the numbers beforehand. Other than that, everything went well. I would just practice caution when making a purchase - perhaps hand them over the spare fob and keep your key set with fob, with you. More
I wasted two hours of drive time to have a finance manager do absolutely nothing to earn our business or maintain our business relationship. We told him our max in what we were willing to spend a month and he couldn’t have cared less, instead playing a slimy salesman counter offer game with us to the point where he had to come out and try and explain how good of a deal 550.00 is on a compact car. We gave done lots of business with these people in years past but this last one, that’s the last one. They had one shot today to be honest and fair and not screw over good customers. I’ve sent many people to them over the last few years. I’ve always had a glowing review about them and the ailing Nissan brand with a bad reputation that I’ve defended. For what? Eric Martin needs a reality check. He’s selling Nissan, not Mercedes. But he doesn’t seem to care mych about business relationships, just swindling. The “please call us” reply is going to be great, because the call I would make would generate nothing positive to secure a sale. More
