FUN AND EASY CAR SHOPPING IT HAD BEEN 14 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT A NEW CAR. IT WAS TIME TO GET RID OF THE MINIVAN AND TIME FOR ME TO GET SOMETHING I REALLY REALLY WANTED. MICHAEL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL 3 OF THE CARS I TEST DROVE. I KNEW WHAT I WA NTED BUT WASN'T SURE IF IT WAS IN THE BUDGET. HE BROUGHT OVER MIKE MANSFIELD TO HELP OUT AS WELL. WHEN I TOLD BOTH GUYS WHAT I REALLY WANTED THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. MIKE TOLD ME THEY INDEED HAD IN STOCK MY DREAM CAR HE HAD IT BROUGHT OUT FOR ME TO TEST DRIVE. THEY MADE SURE THE CAR FIT OUR BUDGET AS WELL. MICHAEL ALSO GAVE US HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE HIMSELF AVAILBALE TO US AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS FINAL, WHICH WE DID UTILIZE AND HE WAS HAPPY TO HEAR FROM US.. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH HIM THAT MY FATHER IN LAW WENT IN 2 DAYS LATER AND BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM MICHAEL AND HUSBAND WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK 2 WEEKS LATER AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH MIKE'S TO ANYONE. More

Purchase if 2011 Juke I wanted to take the time to tell you what great service that we had at your dealership. Jamie was so helpful and attentive. We had been in a few months ago to look at another used car and when all was said and done, we decided it was not right for us. Jamie & Chris were very understanding. Our situation changed and we decided to look at the Juke. I looked at a few used ones online and Jamie called to let us know that it was a family weekend at the dealership and there were deals to be had. We stopped by and found Jamie and he told us all about the car. We took it for a ride and loved it. Between him & Chris they fed us and our kids some great burgers and hot dogs and were able to get the numbers to a payment that we were comfortable with. Excellent! My Nissan Versa was towed to AutoFair when the transmission blew on the highway. I was on my way to a conference and of course very upset and nervous My Nissan Versa was towed to AutoFair when the transmission blew on the highway. I was on my way to a conference and of course very upset and nervous regarding the problem. Jim Savage was so kind,professional and friendly. He set up a rental car for us checked that the transmission was under warranty. I was able to attend the conference without worry. They also replaced the recalled shifter! I had been trying to do this in my home state of Massachusetts for months but the dealers just kept fluffing it and me off. Jim contacted me a couple of times to let me the progress and I was able to pick up my car on my way home from the conference. The service was wonderful! I felt like a very valued customer. I'm planning on trading in my vehicle and will probably drive out to Auto Fair even though there are dealerships in Mass. More
