Working with Sandra to lease our new Nissan Pathfinder was awesome! She was extremely helpful and accomodating, even meeting with us on a day she was not scheduled to work! Now that is service! Went to check out a vehicle I had seen on-line. Was completely satisfied with the vehicle and the sales rep, Ash St Onge. He was informative, friendly and made the experience tolerable. I was very impressed with how courteous and friendly Todd was. He went out of his way to look for cars he thought I would like and in the end we both ended up picking out the same car, a 2012 honda civic. was. Mike was great. Very detailed in his knowledge of the car and its features, especially the safety measures in the design of the car. Got a great car in no time. My husband and I had been looking for a compact SUV to replace his VW Golf. We had been to a couple of different dealers in the area, and ended up at AutoFair Nissan last Saturday because we had seen on c replace his VW Golf. We had been to a couple of different dealers in the area, and ended up at AutoFair Nissan last Saturday because we had seen on cars.com that they had a couple of used Honda CR-Vs that we were interested in. When we visited AutoFair, we were met by Michael, who was very nice. He showed us two 2011 Honda CR-Vs that were a little more expensive than what we had wanted to spend. We ended up test driving the Brown one, which at the time they wanted about 19k for. There was a scratch on the bumper, and scratches all over the shifter. After my husband looked under the hood, he noticed that there was also a slight oil leak (he was a mechanic for 11 years before becoming an engineer). We test drove the CR-V, and brought it down 101. On the highway, as soon as we started to accelerate the steering wheel began to shake. Granted there was a little snow in the wheel bases, and there may have been some water inside the tires, we felt the car was definitely not worth what they wanted for it. On our drive back, we had kind of resigned ourselves to not buying a car from this dealership, but we actually ended up spotting another CR-V that had been on a test drive when we first got there. It was a 2009, had low mileage, but still seemed a little expensive. I should note that the prices listed online did not match the prices we saw at all. Some were higher, some were lower, it was kind of confusing, but I figured that was because of President's Day deals (although why the price would be higher at the dealership, than online was kind of weird). Anyway, we really like the 2009 CR-V, and Michael told us that they had a push/pull/tow deal where sight unseen we could trade in my husband’s car for 3,000, and put it towards the sticker price of any of the cars on the lot. Honestly that was the selling point for us, considering his car was only worth about $300 tops. We decided to buy the car, because it was a good deal. Here comes the kind of frustrating part. It took us nearly 5 hours between the time we got to Nissan, and the time that we could finally leave. Just waiting to meet and go over our financing took several hours, and between Michael and Nick, we kept being told “It’s just going to be two more minutes.” It was never just two more minutes. When we finally sat down with Lucien in financing, he went through every coverage option, all of which would have put us above and beyond what we told Michael we wanted our monthly payment to be. I know this is not something that only happens at this dealership, it happened when I bough my car from another dealer, it's just a pet peeve, and annoying to have to spend even more time going over coverage we did not want, and they knew we couldn’t afford. TL;DR Version: We were there FOREVER, but we ended up finding a good deal. The people we interacted with were curteous, but you couldn't help but feel like they just wanted to make a sale. On the whole, I would say it was just an okay experience, but when you're dropping that kind of money, you hope for a little bit more. Update 02/18/14: I just spoke with my husband, and he received a call from AutoFair Nissan saying that they have lost our insurance binder, and they needed to know which insurance company we had so they could call and get a new one... Kind of unprofessional. More
When I went to Autofair, I did not expect to accomplish any transaction. After I met The odd, he walked me through the process of trying to trade my vehicle. It took a long time, but it was all worth the any transaction. After I met The odd, he walked me through the process of trying to trade my vehicle. It took a long time, but it was all worth the time. AutoFair put me in a 2012 Toyota Prius which I drove off the lot. What was even better the financial department managed to get a lower rate and payment. I would recommend Todd and AutoFair to others More
