I went to AutoFair Nissan to just merely look at my options with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. But, when I stepped on the lot and was immediately greeted by Jonathan, I knew I would be options with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. He was so professional and knowledgable about the cars I was interested in and had me completely sold. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the vehicles and justified why they were a good fit for me. As a first time buyer I was nervous, but he made the experience comfortable and easy from start to finish. When it came down to figures and signing the paperwork, he made sure I was satisfied with everything and never pressured or rushed me through the process. He answered all the questions I had with ease and went above and beyond with his efforts. Going to AutoFair Nissan was hands down one of the best experiences I've had and I attribute that to Jonathan's hard work and dedication to my sale. I absolutely love my new Nissan Sentra and everything is just as it was promised. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant and I highly recommend him to anyone. When I walked into Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham, I was looking at buying one of two trucks - A Nissan Frontier or a Toyota Tacoma. This was my first look at either truck. I was greeted by Mike Mansfield. looking at buying one of two trucks - A Nissan Frontier or a Toyota Tacoma. This was my first look at either truck. I was greeted by Mike Mansfield. Mike did a great job in showing me the features of the Frontier and explained to me the pricing, options, service features, service plans, financing and lease options. We went for a test drive in a new crew cab model - V-6 4X4. Great test drive and Mike helped me, sort of learn the vehicle, as we drove, which was really a great help. I ended up asking for availability of a King Cab, as I like the body style. Mike was able to locate one for me, it was delivered to Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham and I bought it, leaving the thoughts of looking at a Tacoma behind. Thanks Mike and Thanks Auto Fair Nissan. Autofair Nissan was very helpful when I was looking to purchase my car. I was very pleased with all of the staff, I felt like they were not trying to trick me or get more money out of me. I had shopped ar purchase my car. I was very pleased with all of the staff, I felt like they were not trying to trick me or get more money out of me. I had shopped around at other locations and felt like they were pricing their cars a lot higher then what they were worth. I didn't like how many times they called me trying to negotiate a price instead of being straight forward and honest at the dealership. I was not there to play games. This was my first experience buying from a dealer and I felt like Autofair was a good choice for me because the price of their cars were the price of their cars. There was not much room to haggle or play around. I felt like I got my money's worth and am extremely happy with my purchase. Fred did a really good job because he was not too pushy and didn't bother me. I went back to the dealership many times and each time he helped me with whatever I needed but also was okay with me walking out the door to think about things and make the best decision for me. When we visited the dealership we were only there to compare a vehicle to the brand we usually buy. Walking up to the dealership we were greeted by Sandra. She was the nicest, most easy going, sales person we had met (We buy new cars every 2-3 years for us and our mother). Sandra showed us the Nissan Pathfinder. She knew that car inside and out and showed us all of its great features. She answered all of our questions and then took us for a test drive with our 10 year old daughter. Within 4 hours, we drove away with the first car we drove. This was certainly a first for us. She listened to everything we wanted and required and showed us the perfect match. We have never had a salesperson that listened and cared so much. We ended up with the Platinum version and a week later I am still in love with it. In the past, with other dealerships and salespeople, we have had been shown several versions with only some of what we wanted and always seem to leave missing something. Sandra made the entire process, including financing, price negotiation, trade, and entertaining a 10 year old, smooth and stress free. In the past we have left this process stressed and tired. This was not the case at all here. We left completely satisfied, thrilled with our new vehicle, and starving. Sandra even recommended a great place for us to eat afterwards! I know we will be back for another car at this dealership in the future and look forward to working with Sandra again. More
