Michelle was not pushy at all.Her demeanor was excellent for a salesperson. After the sale she arranged for delivery prep and delivery. I had a very good experience at AutoFair Nissan of Stratham in the following ways: They greeted me immediately and were friendly and not pushy. They had lots of cars. The test drive was great because it was long/not too short. Michelle was extremely patient and down-to-earth and friendly. I even got to drive to my house for my wife to drive. I know AutoFair and felt they were organized and had good prices. The only sour note was that the first price they quoted me was overly high. It was only because I was not in a hurry that they then lowered the price and lowered it quite significantly. I felt a "younger me" would have felt pressured and not handled the negotiation well enough and then not gotten as good of a price. This is not a good thing. You want to feel that you can trust the dealer not have to negotiate a great price out of them. Luckily it all worked out in the end and everything else about the experience was first rate. I would recommend this place but with the caveat of "They do have very good prices but you have to negotiate with them." More
Michelle made the usually unpleasant process of purchasing a vehicle a delight. Her kind demeanor and honesty is something of a gem in the rough in this business. Not only was she knowledgable, n purchasing a vehicle a delight. Her kind demeanor and honesty is something of a gem in the rough in this business. Not only was she knowledgable, no pressure and a sweetheart she did everything to make sure we got in the vehicle we wanted and nothing less; but always mindful of the range we wanted to be as far as a payment. I have recommended Michelle to anyone that asks me about purchasing a vehicle since my experience with her at Nissan. The dealership is lucky to have her! More

Autofair had this vehicle on their lot and we took it for a test drive and loved it. We worked with Sanda Fortin as our salesperson. She treated us with the utmost compassion, she offered us drinks, snacks, a more comfortable seat. She really cared about our comfort. She made this whole process run smoothly. The day we went to look at this vehicle it was raining, Sandra brought the vehicle into the garage for us to look at it, out of the rain. We worked with Andy Resendes as well. He was also very professional in his area of expertise. Derrick Winward was the finance person who did all the paperwork. By the time my husband and I had made the choice that we wanted to purchase this vehicle, it was getting late. We all stayed late to complete the necessary paperwork so that we wouldn't have to come back the next day. I definatley feel confidant recommending this dealership to my friends, family, coworkers. The dealership although its new, is very clean, modern and comfortable. Thank you to everyone for staying late, and making this process go smoothly. More
We showed up 10 minutes before closing and the truck we called about was ready and waiting. David was standing in the cold ready with a handshake and a smile. This sales experience was different than any o called about was ready and waiting. David was standing in the cold ready with a handshake and a smile. This sales experience was different than any other. David was very gracious, friendly and easy to work with. They have a great space for the kids to play while we went through the paperwork. Yes its a fancy dealership with all the bells and whistles but the real reason we would come back is to buy a vehicle from David Wing. More
We spent a great deal of time looking for the best combination of price, year, and mileage for a used Toyota Prius prior to visiting the dealership, and secured a decent pre-approved loan rate. In th combination of price, year, and mileage for a used Toyota Prius prior to visiting the dealership, and secured a decent pre-approved loan rate. In the end we got what we think was a good price on the car we wanted. The process of getting there was neither fun or overly unpleasant. What I'm getting at is that is nothing particular unexpected or annoying happened, except we were at a car dealer, which I don't find to be very fun. So in comparison to other dealers the experience may have been great, but I still think the whole process could be improved. Step 1: Meet Doug and test drive. Doug was a nice guy, and seemed to know the car fairly well. Miss reading the mileage he at first told us the vehicle had a 3 year warranty. It turned out this was an error, as he taught the car had 68,000 miles, which would qualify it for the certified program, not 86,000, which does not. Seemed an honest mistake, and we didn't expect a warranty so no harm done. Step 2: We talk terms. After the test drive and deciding the car performed as we expected we began the agonizingly long process of making a deal. While I don't believe they did anything out of the ordinary, this process would be much improved if all portions of the negotiation (full price, financing, warranty) were discussed together, at once. Instead each item was discuss one at a time with our closer Andy and took forever. We agree to a price and an interest rate, deal done, sort of... Step 3: Financial. The part that frustrated us most was that it appeared to us that Andy had set us up not just with a particular finance rate, but though a bank we were interested in working with. Upon meeting with Derrick, who handled the financial details, he presented things to us as if we were starting back at square on in terms of financing. Not cool. We did get the rate Andy offered us, but not through our preferred local bank, and only after having to remind Derrick about our discussion with Andy. Derrick also pushed VERY hard to sell us a warranty, not looking out for our best interest, but pushing a sale. So all of this probably pretty normal stuff buying a car, but given how annoying it all is there is no way I could give a score of 5 for things. No body was mean or anything, and they seemed to be kind people who wanted us to have a good car. As expected though, they wanted to make as much money from the sale of that car as possible. More
