February 2019 Although I was there for nearly 3 hours, the service desk person was friendly and reassuring that the work would be finished properly and on time. Amazing Service Department On the morning of service I called at 8am to schedule an appointment. I was pleased to learn I could get in at the same day at 11am. I arrived early at 10:45 and was greeted immediately by Tammy Lewis. I've dealt w/ Tammy once before and she was just as efficient this visit as the last. Within 45 minutes Tammy was advising me that my 2016 Chevy Equinox was ready. Oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades installed in 45 minutes! You will not find another Chevrolet dealership in the capital region that you can get a same day appointment let alone servicing w/ less than an hour wait time. I've had both of my Chevy vehicles (I also have a 2017 Malibu) serviced at two other dealerships in the area but when I learned of Whalen Chevrolet several months ago I will never have my vehicles serviced elsewhere again! Tammy and the entire team working in the service bays deserve recognition for doing their jobs in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you Ms. Lewis, service team and Whalen Chevrolet!
