Josh was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Heard bad reviews but decided to give a try anyway and have been pleased so far. Hello, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that likes to shop around and get the best value for their dollar. I called on the telephone to get a price on a new vehicle I was interested in, I g that likes to shop around and get the best value for their dollar. I called on the telephone to get a price on a new vehicle I was interested in, I got the price,it was compatable with other pricing I had, so I took a ride to Charlton. The sales rep. was very nice and helpful but when his MANAGER came to take over, my experience became unreal.He tried to pressure me into a sale. When I told him I would like 24hrs to shop around and that I had gave my word to another dealer that I would see him befor I bought he became irritated. This sales manager TOM told me that I was a waste of his and his salesmans time. I was there for about 1/2 hour to 45 min. I told him that if I was going to spend about 31,000 I should hope that he would understand that I'd like to shop around a little longer than that.At this time I was insulted and aggravated so I left.On my way out the door he said to my in a sarcastic manner "HAVE FUN SHOPPING". First I was roped in by an incorrect price. I called to check the price of a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in, and they told me it was ~$7K less than the price I saw on the internet. I asked i check the price of a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in, and they told me it was ~$7K less than the price I saw on the internet. I asked if he was sure (because I was in the middle of a sale with another dealership) and he confirmed that it was the correct price. I called back again later and it was confirmed by another employee. This dealership is over an hour from my house, so I was VERY disappointed when I got there and found out that they made a mistake. I took a look at the vehicle for the hell of it and found it was a great vehicle, and that it had everything I was looking for. Despite their mistake, they weren't willing to knock anything off the price of the vehicle. I'm also suspicious of their finance department because with a similarly priced vehicle, one dealership was able to give me a 4% APR, and Patriot was only able to offer me 6%. That's a HUGE difference. Were they not trying? I don't know. They told me it would be ready the following Monday. I drove down to pick it up after work (fighting 1.5 hours of traffic along the way) only to find out that it WASN'T ready. Fuming mad, I left and returned the next day to pick it up. Since then I've been very pleased with my vehicle, but I will NEVER return to their dealership. More
