Very impressed with staff follow through I had been in a couple of months ago and looked at the Tuscan & Sante Fe ; however I thought I had my heart set on a Honda Hrv. The Tuscan and Santa F I had been in a couple of months ago and looked at the Tuscan & Sante Fe ; however I thought I had my heart set on a Honda Hrv. The Tuscan and Santa Fe were a little higher then I intended to spend but after 802Honda serviced my Civic & caused more damage to my car causing it to have a rebuilt top part of my engine then wouldn't give me what I wanted or close to what I wanted for trade; I opened up my head on exploring other options...Then on 9-28-16 I received a call for Anita Amell asking if I had yet found anything as she remember that back in July I looked at that Tuscan and Santa Fe's & she wanted to give me 1at dibs because they happened to have one 2016 Santa Fe Sport left & that it was reduced down plus there were rebates I could qualify for to knock the price down even more & too top it all off it was in the pearl white like I wanted...I asked her to forward me the info as I was very interested. On Thursday 9-29-16 I went in and began the process they let me take the car home for the night so I could get a feel for it & convience the boyfriend that we needed it which worked cause we both fell in love...plus they offered me 400$ more for trade in then 802Honda did as they knew I really wanted out of my Civic...Hands down the people at Midstate went above and beyond to follow through and check up on me months after I stopped by to make sure I got in the right vehicle for me and in the price range I could afford!!!! Way to go Anita Amell on follow through....you don't get that quality service at many places. As of 9-30-16 I officially became the owner of a 2016 Santa 's Sport which fits all my family needs & gives us plenty room for my children's crazy & active sport lifestyles! We since have been spreading the word to go see Anita if you need a new car to people...Thanks again for your dedication and follow through! More
