We were looking for a fairly specific Rav4 and only found 2 at dealerships in NH. McGee was the 2nd we visited and they were great! Our sales guy Ryan Roberts was helpful and easy to work with. Not pushy at 2 at dealerships in NH. McGee was the 2nd we visited and they were great! Our sales guy Ryan Roberts was helpful and easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Very happy with our purchase and will make the drive to Claremont again next time we're in the market for a car. More
They dropped the ball on my wife’s gap insurance but the manager told me “that’s ok with the amount you put down you could just pay it off” in case of a wreck. As if he knows my financial situation. Or as i manager told me “that’s ok with the amount you put down you could just pay it off” in case of a wreck. As if he knows my financial situation. Or as if that’s the point. Couldn’t just own the mistake. Then, we go out to leave and we see plastic from the factory still on a door sill. The salesperson, Melia, asks “what, do you want me to remove that?” Then proceeded to remove it with an attitude. As if it’s my fault she didn’t check for that before we got there. We bought two cars from them, paying cash for one, and we got attitude when their mistakes were pointed out. Her manager was super condescending. We will never be back. More

I came into the dealership in distress. My car had just broken down and I certainly wasn't in the market for a new car but, after realizing my current car was not worth fixing. People were fine enough at the time of sale and I got a pretty decent deal, and I’m still happy with the vehicle itself, however the moment the purchase was finished the support basically evaporated and th pretty decent deal, and I’m still happy with the vehicle itself, however the moment the purchase was finished the support basically evaporated and the next six months were an absolute nightmare caused entirely by the dealership’s mistakes. I was essentially sold a car without a proper title. It took months for them to even figure out that they didn’t have the right paperwork, and because of that I ended up with a vehicle that was impossible to register and therefore undriveable for a long stretch of time. My car sat useless for about two months simply because they could not get the title situation right. Every time I called for an update I got a different story. They repeatedly told me titles had been sent on specific days, only to backtrack later and admit they actually hadn’t been sent. The amount of lying or blatant disorganization was honestly shocking. They refused to take any accountability, and at one point when I was literally stuck thousands of miles away after driving cross country, unable to legally drive my car home because of their paperwork mess, the best advice I got from them was basically “good luck.” The whole place felt chaotic. During my six month ordeal almost half the people I spoke with had quit or disappeared by the end, which doesn’t exactly scream good leadership or internal structure. I also bought a used BMW from them and, while I don’t expect a Toyota dealership to be BMW experts, they didn’t seem to know much about the car at all. They even put the wrong tires on it, which is a pretty big issue when BMWs don’t come with a spare because they require run-flats. They then lost both the second key and the title. Between the misrepresentations, lost documents, and the lack of responsibility, some of their practices seemed honestly pretty shady. Overall, the deal on the car was fine but absolutely not worth the six month headache of trying to clean up the mess they created after the sale was done. More
