I had a great experience with McGee Toyota. I was originally looking at a 2024 vehicle but they ended up offering me the same payments for a newer 2025 with less miles. We were looking for a fairly specific Rav4 and only found 2 at dealerships in NH. McGee was the 2nd we visited and they were great! Our sales guy Ryan Roberts was helpful and easy to work with. They dropped the ball on my wife’s gap insurance but the manager told me “that’s ok with the amount you put down you could just pay it off” in case of a wreck. As if he knows my financial situation. Couldn’t just own the mistake. Then, we go out to leave and we see plastic from the factory still on a door sill. The salesperson, Melia, asks “what, do you want me to remove that?” Then proceeded to remove it with an attitude. As if it’s my fault she didn’t check for that before we got there. We bought two cars from them, paying cash for one, and we got attitude when their mistakes were pointed out. Her manager was super condescending. We will never be back. More
