We had been looking at cars all around the area for about a month. I was having a really hard time finding all the things I needed. I found my dream car (with all the things) at another dealership. The gentleman I was working with had the day off and one of his co workers sold it to someone else. They then tried to sell me something I KNEW I didn’t want because I was “a woman” To say I had a chip on my shoulder when I met Donna was an understatement. I was very closed off. Knew what I wanted and wasn’t willing to take anything less. Donna listened and could tell I was frustrated. She showed me a few things in the range I was looking at and I just wasn’t sold. She then told us she had a few things above the price we wanted and we could look if we wanted too. She let us wander and look without pressure. Then I found a Jeep I loved. I sat in it, I wasn’t going to drive it as it was above my price limit. Donn said she would get us a plate to text drive it if we were interested and left my husband and I to talk. We decided to drive the Jeep and I was sold. It had everything but 1 of my wants (which is hard to find anyway) Donna worked with the finance team to get me the deal I needed on my trade in order to even make this a reality. Everyone was great. While my husband was looking at the car alone I sat with Donna and she was able to get me to explain what my frustrations were. When I explained to her what had happened she said no wonder you were so upset and gave me a big hug. Working with the entire team was beyond amazing and they will have our business again More
