Brought my 2018 Acadia in for oil change and a weld battery. Angela in the service sept was professional and courteous. Battery needed replacement. They waived the replacement fee (over $100). We brought our recently purchased van from McGovern GMC for service because of a check engine light. The service team did a diagnostic test and worked on a solution while we waited. They also offered us al for service because of a check engine light. The service team did a diagnostic test and worked on a solution while we waited. They also offered us alternative transportation if they needed to keep our car for further tests - which ultimately wasn’t needed. The service manager came out to speak with us a few times to give us updates. We were treated with respect and concern as they kept us informed.
