I went to McGoverns last evening thinking of trading in my 2020 Envision for a newer envision. Ben was more than polite and helpful in every degree and I ended up driving away in a new envision . The result of their effort was Car Guard agreed that the engine should be replaced. The work, once it was approved, was completed on schedule. The dealership also provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the service at no cost to me. More
First of all Angela was very helpful and professional. She made arrangements to have someone take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. She also took the time to explain what the technician would do to make the necessary repairs and gave me an estimate of what it was going to cost to do the job. But best of all when the repairs were completed she saved me a lot of money explaining that some of the repairs weren’t necessary right now. I know she didn’t have to do that. It’s nice to know your employees are looking out for the customers. You can be sure I will be telling my friends about how you’re dealership has the customers satisfaction number one. I bought my 2017 Acadia from your dealership in Mansfield about 3 years ago. The car has treated me right and the service was excellent. Worst experience ever with this dealership. Absolutely unprofessional rude staff and very bad management. If I could - I would give them 0 stars. They have been wasting my time and lying to me over the phone for a week. All I want to do is purchase one of the vehicles from them since I've already been pre-approved with my bank. It all started when I called sales and Heather picked up the phone. She told me that since I am located in California I absolutely won't be able to purchase this vehicle due to dealership policy. I would have to buy the plane tickets to Massachusetts and make this purchase in person. (My family has been buying cars from all over the states and it's ALWAYS been an easy process where I wire the money to the dealer --> they FedEx overnight the paperwork --> I sign the paperwork and ship it back to them --> they release the vehicle. Lastly, I just order someone to pick up the vehicle and deliver it to us). Heather was being very rude and seemed very uninterested in working this situation out with me. I was very upset, so I decided to get in touch with their GM (Taylor). At first, he seemed very professional and was interested in earning my business back. He said we would be able to make this deal happen and it's no problem that I'm located out of state. HOWEVER, he told me that this vehicle I was interested in and ready to purchase already had a deposit on it. He told me to wait couple days and that I'm the first on the waitlist in case the deal doesn't go through. Couple days go by - still no updates about this vehicle. It's still available and the price on it even dropped. After waiting 5 days - I call Taylor again and he told me that still no updates. Interesting. I decided to ask one of my friends to call ask availability for this vehicle to see what they tell him. When he called the dealership they told him that it was available and asked him when would he like to stop by . Now it all makes sense. For some reason they don't want business with me simply because I'm located in California. This is ridiculous how they think its okay to waste my time and straight up lie to me. More
