By far the worst experience with a car dealership ever!! Contract for a 5 yr/100,000 mile extended warranty purchased and signed by both myself and the dealership and neither have been reached, however they Contract for a 5 yr/100,000 mile extended warranty purchased and signed by both myself and the dealership and neither have been reached, however they claim they typed the so called wrong date on the contract and their is nothing they can do about it. Dealership acknowledges wrong doing but Continues to claims that there is nothing they can do to correct the problem!! Save yourself a HUGE constant HEADACHE and go elsewhere! When I went to Tracy to look for a new truck I was greeted on the lot by Steve Dwyer. Steve was very knowledgeable on the silverados and showed me a bunch of them until I found one that I liked. Dont buy a car here they dont care if u do. They care more about meetings and the people that came before you. in the past ive went to herb chambers honda,and fall river ford along with two other dealerships and this dealership was BY FAR the best one ive been too.as soon as i walked into the door i felt comfort river ford along with two other dealerships and this dealership was BY FAR the best one ive been too.as soon as i walked into the door i felt comfortable as i was greeted by the sales manager...he told me everything i wanted to hear and made sure me and my wife were comfortable the whole entire time.he then turned me over to the salesman jeff cutler,he put me in a 2012 chevy malibu..and i must say i love it...he told me everything i needed to know about this car,took me on a nice test drive and even set up my onstar and helped sync my phone to the car which i would have never been able to do on my own.and paul showed me all the options for the loan and gave me the best options available...it was just a great all in all experience...the management was out of this world and i will most def be coming back at the end of the year when my wife car is payed off to trade that in towards a new car. thank you More
Strange set of coincidences everytime car goes to this dealer with some type of problem or service light. Even though the dealer has these diagnostic codes, they never seem to be able to diagnose witho dealer with some type of problem or service light. Even though the dealer has these diagnostic codes, they never seem to be able to diagnose without hefty labor charge for diagnosis and never seem to diagnose without 3 or more visits for same problem In the meantime we are told other things need to be repaired which never seem to make sense and dealership tells us the seemingly unncessary repairs are unrelated to new problem Something either wrong with mechanics or dealership ethics More
