Not hearing back I called and was only able to leave a voice mail ..at first I was ok leaving a message and again no response.. Called again and still another voice mail..! No one called.. I have 2 #'s to reach me.. I work . like many people do . So I needed to schedule this appointment to coordinate with my schedule.. Upon arriving home I had a voice mail saying "my online ..appt. Was not in the system !! And nothing was available at this time and would have to wait for an open appt. My sadness lies in the lack of respect that I received and that the Tracy of today is not what it was!.. My concern is that no one could answer the phone and that I no longer feel safe .. I am the widow of their prior Cadillac rep who felt they WERE one of his best stores .. He would not feel that way now .. Ok I vented but now I will have to start over.. I am not sure how to navigate through this problem but I will manage . This is just plain wrong and no way to treat your customer!.. More

Rude and unprofessional customer service February 2018 I went to buy a new car. I would think like any car buyer I was checking what each dealership had to offer. I currently drive a Chevrole February 2018 I went to buy a new car. I would think like any car buyer I was checking what each dealership had to offer. I currently drive a Chevrolet so my first stop was Tracy Chevy Cadillac in Plymouth, MA. Dave Young was my salesman. Dave showed us a couple of vehicles. Test drove one vehicle and went inside to see some numbers. Dave brought our paperwork over to Paul Barton the "Manager" of the business. Sitting at Dave's desk with my girlfriend we began to hear the manager Paul demean us with discriminatory remarks. When I confronted Paul about the remarks Paul's reply was, "I wasn't talking to you I was talking to Dave about you. Dave immediately began trying to "soften" or mitigate the damage Paul inflicted. As I explained to Dave, at Dave's desk, it was not necessary to explain Paul's comments Paul interrupted our conversation. I asked Paul to be professional, keep his excuses to himself and allow us to speak with our salesman Dave. Paul responded, "if we want to buy a car at Tracy we are dealing with Paul". That was more than enough for us to go two lots over to Colonial Ford and purchase their 2018 C-Max Hybrid. While I write this review so other consumers can read about Tracy's services I would also say thank you. If Tracy's customer service did not drive me out the door we probably would not have made it to Colonial Ford. More

I had settled on a Cruze LS, but upon delivery, I was upgraded to a much nicer LT for the same money. Keith in the finance office offered the usual extended additional warranty coverage items, but my budget wouldn't allow for it, and I never felt pressured or intimidated during the process. Finally, they handled my Chrysler lease trade in as well. Super convenient. The new Cruze is better than I expected, and very much appreciate the respectful treatment I received from the Tracy team. Thanks everyone, see you in 3 years. More
Hands Down BEST Car Buying Experience I've Had!!! I've purchased about 10 cars between my wife and myself over the years, used and new, including leases. I can say without a doubt that this time it has been the absolute best experience buying I've ever had!! Kristopher, Gil and Bill were my sales team. Found the used CTS I was interested in online and contacted them. Kris was very helpful with info, and because there weren't any photos up of the car yet he went out and snapped a few very good ones and sent them to me. That was pretty cool as their lot is about 2 hrs south of me. When i got there, Kris introduced me to Gil who would be my salesman. Great guy, very mellow. We took a test drive and came back in to talk numbers. Gil was very professional, and not pushy at all. VERY Reasonable, and worked with me on my trade. Then i met Bill the sales manager (and fellow veteran) who finished off the deal for me. They all noted I was a veteran (seeing my vet plate on the trade) and thanked me for my service, and gave me an absolutely great deal!! Thanks guys!! Even with the distance, we'll definitely check you first when its time for the next one!! More

Hold on, you won't sell the vehicle for that "agreed" to price unless I finance through your bank? Hmm, called "steering" here in the lending industry and 100% illegal practice. No thanks - I don't need a higher finance rate and a $75 charge from you for financing since I'm already approved from my bank which I'm employed by! Bye bye Tracy Chevrolet, there are literally thousands of vehicles for sale for a ready, able and willing buyer. Buyer beware, just another dealer with shoddy practice More

Flavio Vidoto, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything else on me. As the specific vehicle was not on Tracy’s lot, Mike Gollub, Sales Manager, spent the time searching and was able to locate, transport and deliver the exact vehicle. Both Flavio and Mike delivered on all promises made and kept me informed every step of the way. There was no pressure at any time during the entire purchasing process. Very refreshing! Even after the sale was made, Flavio spent a great amount of time explaining all the many features of the vehicle, making sure I felt comfortable before driving away.
