Went to Tracey Chevrolet ready to buy a Cruze. They said that in order to get the best price I have to finance at least $8000. They gave me the finance option for 48 months at an outrageous amount of $237/month. which translates to 19% year. They refuse to disclose the interest rate to me. I am all for making a profit BUT NOT THAT WAY,have the courtesy to tell me what you charging me. A manager came to defent the issue that we had to pay sales and excise tax along with registration fees etc.,BUT I AM ONLY BORROWING $8,0000 AT $237/MONTH FOR 48 MONTHS.It still is 19%. The guy thought I was stupid.Good luck with sleazeballs like that.Never do business with Tracy More

Fraud Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told that the technician blew a brake line during test drive. Quoted 1700 dollars to repair. Picked up vehicle and b Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told the condition reported was totally not true. Total Fraud!!!!!! Get second opinion before getting service at this dealership. Complaints have been filed with attorney generals office consumer protection division and criminal investigation division. Good luck if you go here More

Poor customer service I brought in my car as an appointment. was made I spoke with Anthony. He had indicated that the service would take a few hours and cost about $425-$45 I brought in my car as an appointment. was made I spoke with Anthony. He had indicated that the service would take a few hours and cost about $425-$450 in expense. Returning three hours later I was greeted by Anthony and he confirmed that we were all set. Upon receiving my bill For $619.73, I asked to speak with him , he stated that is what the automobile needed. I said, would you not call for approval for the extra work, he stated that he knew I would see the value. Well at this point I don't enjoy car repair shops spending my money. Spoke with apparently his mgr. and currently I am disputing this issue with my American express card , I'm sure they will see it threw clearly. NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. More

Poor Customer Service Customer service set up an appointment for early morning and said the job should take an hour. I got no update and called them 5 hours later to be told they didn't start it yet and had no idea when it would be done. I called again 30 minutes before closing and Anthony said it was done "a while ago" and he left a voicemail. I show up and they said they had me confused with another customer. They finally gave me a rental which they had said earlier in the day they did not have. To sum it up, a 2 hour long job took a day and a half, and cost me a day of work without my truck. Really? No one from that dealership has reached out to me to apologize or explain what happened. If you must go to this dealership (not recommended) speak only to David Poitras. More

Tracy Motors is awesome! Honestly! I just had a truly enjoyable experience buying a car! Hard to believe, I know! Most of us dread car shopping in the IS and for good reason! No joke! However, I told Flavio, the salesman at Tracy Motors, Inc, on Samoset St (Route 44) in Plymouth, MA, that I didn't want to play the game of waiting and waiting and being at the mercy of the auto dealership. I stated what I was looking for, why I was ready to trade my old car and a few other requirements. Flavio was so helpful, professional and polite, not to mention knowledgeable! FLAVIO & Paul, the finance manager, were willing to work with me to allow me to arrange the way I wanted to pay for the vehicle, instead of pushing me into a financing plan that was not right for me! The entire experience took a few hours (instead of a few days or more) and was so pleasant! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and staff! Please note that I am usually a very picky, difficult consumer. So such a great review coming from me is almost unheard of!! I will pick up my new car tomorrow and am very happy about that!
