David was kind, patient and professional and explained everything to me in great detail (sometimes twice), until I felt confortable with the features of the car and details of the lease. Best in class Mirak was my first choice for my Genesis G80 because of the courtesy and professionalism they extend my daughter in her purchase of a Hyundai Tuscon. Great Car Buying Experience My first experience at Mirak was almost 3 years ago and David and James were exceptional. I shopped around again since I needed a larger vehicle and ended up giving David a call. He remembered me and remembered that I had been interested in the Tucson over a year ago (that is impressive). The sale was straightforward, he found what I wanted on the lot and we got the payment to my price range. I came back the following day to work with James on financing and the experience was great again. I made a last minute request to have car starter installed and it was done as well as the registration when I came to pick up my car. Also, a pleasant surprise, James was able to get some of the money back from the extended warranty that I had purchased and had the paperwork ready for me to sign with lower payments. These guys are seriously impressive, I never felt pressured and the process was far from intimidating. Kudos to David and James! More
