Although I hate to buy a new car, it was made very easy working with Jonathan Buck. He was knowledgeable and most helpful. I wanted a color that was difficult to find, but Jonathan tracked down two in th working with Jonathan Buck. He was knowledgeable and most helpful. This was the one that got delivered, and they did not charge me for the this feature. When I picked up my new car, he took time to transfer my garage door opener to my new car as well as my cell phone. He then went over all the features of my car and answered my questions. He made the whole purchasing of a new car easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend him and the Mirak dealership (this was not the first Hyundai that I visited). More

As non US citizens there were obviously going to be some issues to deal with in the obtaining finance areas however these were overcome with a minimal of fuss and the whole process took less than a week from beginning to end. Buying a car is an inherently stressful experience for the buyer, and it is a brutally competitive business for the salespeople. If this is not obvious to you, try doing some internet research on car pric the buyer, and it is a brutally competitive business for the salespeople. In order to get this information, many web pages will invariably link you with a dealer and the folks at that dealer are jumping all over you. It is not their fault. That is just the way the system works. I went to Mirak Hyundai virtually set on buying a different brand at a different dealership (this other dealership was wonderful too, by the way). I was very impressed by the style, features, and value of the Sonata Hybrid. The salesman I worked with, Kenny, was knowledgeable, courteous, and straightforward. There were no games, and he delivered exactly what he said he would. The bottom line is that I am thrilled with both my car and the process by which I bought it. More
