All my questions were answered and the Sales Consultant, Jonathan, that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and always made time for me whether it was through email or when I stopped into the dealership. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ from Mirak Chevrolet because of two employees who made the whole experience friendly, informative, and honestly a pleasure. Our most recent experience purchasing cars had been through Saturn, where we loved the "no hassle" treatment. We were upset when Saturn went out of business and dreaded the whole idea of negotiating for the best deal. However, we did visit a few other dealers in the Lexington area before landing at Mirak. We should have started at Mirak because we had been bringing my wife's Saturn VUE in for service over the last year and were always happy with the friendly and efficient service. When we arrived at Mirak we met Jeff Calder. His warm and friendly personality made us feel very comfortable. He did not rush us and spent alot of time discussing the many options available to us in the Equinox line. We test drove both the V6 and 4 cylinder models by driving around Arlington and Lexington and testing their performance by going up Belmont Hill along Rte 2. After each drive over several different visits, Jeff continued to help us without pressure to reach our decision. He worked with us and made us very happy with our purchase. When we came into pick up our new car we met Steve Hopkins, in the business office. He patiently worked with us explaining the warranty and maintenance options. We knew we had made the right decision when we realized Steve had actually sold us our first Saturn in Danvers many years ago. He was courteous and professional, and helped us reach the right plan for us. Mirak's reputation rests on good people and they have two fine examples in Jeff Calder in Sales and Steve Hopkins in Business. More

We had gone through a fairly rough time financially over the last couple of years and decided it was time to upgrade our second vehicle ('99 F-150 with 165K miles) I did a lot of research on the internet to the last couple of years and decided it was time to upgrade our second vehicle ('99 F-150 with 165K miles) I did a lot of research on the internet to find current pricing and best models on the market, We wanted to get a low mileage used car with the idea we could upgrade at a reasonable cost. Not that easy! Until I came across Mirak who advertised some Hyundai Sonatas which we became interest in. using their website and calculators I figured we were in the ballpark. Not knowing if I could get financing through them I first secured my own. Nexy, again using the website I was able to get a number for my trade. Witin a few minutes I recieved an email from Ana Brkic who offered to help in our search. I responded we were just looking but would get back in a few days. We comunicated again in a week or so and I set up a visit for the weekend and she would have a sales person available to us. Great communication and follow-up! We showed up at Mirak on a Saturday afternoon and saw the Sonata of interest right in front of the building. With in a few minutes Ken Wright was there at our service. Ken was extremely professional and easy to talk to. he listened to what we were looking to do and made sure that those were answered completely. We went for a great test drive which allowed a sample of just about every type of condition (except snow!) It was well planned to allow each of us sufficient time to drive and ask additional questions. Upon return to the dealership we informed Ken of our pre approved financing and he asked to try to better what we had been offered. Ken then worked with us through Tim Moore who did get us a slightly better rate, but worked even further to best that. Ken and Tim we able to put together a package for us that was much better than I had (or could possibly) do on my own. On Monday we picked up our Sonata. They had the car spiffy clean, did all the registry wook, and Ken spent a great deal of time showing us the bells and whistles of our new ride inclus=duing pairing up our phones with the car system. This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and would recommend anyone who may have had similar circumstances to visit Mirak and notebly Ken. he made us feel like a million bucks! I have read the service is just as good. After our first experience i will write back. Thanks for everything. More

Kenny was excellent from the start. No pressure, easy to communicate with, got the job done. At first I test drove a Silver 2012 Sonata, was so-so on the overall looks of the car, but went back after the h communicate with, got the job done. I took a look and immediately loved the two-tone beige and black interior. Kenny let me take it myself up to our house to show my wife. Kenny is a fine professional and as I said easy to deal with yet efficient and gets the job done! I also thoroughly enjoyed dealing with a local dealership. I guess when you can actually see the dealer from the window of your house, that makes them local!!! I would recommend Mirak and Kenny to anyone. More
