We had a great experience with Mirak and in particular with Ken Wright, who sold us our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. He was able to get us a great deal on a demo vehicle, enabling us to get the upgrades we wanted for the price of the mid-grade model. He also noted that when we were test driving the Santa Fe, I noted that I liked the rubber floor mats. It turned out that the mats were not a standard accessory, and instead were the sales manager's, as he'd been driving the demo vehicle. Even though it wasn't a deal breaker for us, Ken arranged for us to get a full set of rubber floor mats at no additional cost to us. More

I've had several (SEVERAL) bad experiences with car dealers, and I let Jim know this the first day I met him. He made the whole experience very easy for me by keeping me updated with info about the ca dealers, and I let Jim know this the first day I met him. He made the whole experience very easy for me by keeping me updated with info about the car I was interested in purchasing, and providing me with all the opportunity I needed to ask questions, change my mind a million times and overall just be a pain (ME, not Jim....). In the end, he was very patient with me, as were all of the staff at Mirak, and I have a much different opinion of car dealers thanks to them. But, given this limited communication possibilities, Jonathan was extremely helpful. He even helped me to buy an insurance. I did not know much about the American car insurance market, and he was with me all day long to visit local insurance agent's offices. It might have been very time consuming, but he was friendly from the beginning all to the end. I would definately recommend this dealer to any one that are going to buy a Hyundai car in Boston area. Withoug a doubt, the best car buying experience for me. Two thumbs up!! More
