I went to this dealership to attempt to get my dashboard fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purcha fixed, it had cracked in 2 places over the passenger airbag, turns out that with my factory warranty beign expried and the extended warranty I purchased not covering the dashboard I would have to pay around $900 to replace it. I then spoke to the service manager and and a service rep and they called GM and over the span of a few days they managed to have GM assist in the cost of the replacement of the dash. I only had to pay a $250 deductable and my dash is now good as new! I didnt even purchase my vehicle here, as my dealership closed, and they still worked very hard to make me satisfied, I was very impressed with the quality of customer service all parties involved gave me.
