I spoke with Mr. Hanson by phone on 12/7. We both acknowlege that a mistake was made on a price quote by our internet person. I appoligized for the mistake and his inconveince and told him that Mirk Hyundai would do the right thing and honor the quoted price, and told him that in no way was he intentionally mislead, which he agreed. Apparently Mr. Hanson sent a follow up email which we never recieved, so my follow up emails to him and subsequent phone call was too late to rectify the situation.

After posting this review, I learned that part of the reason for the lack of follow up from Mirak was that my last email didn't reach them -- apparently a bad server on their end. I would have appreciated some persistence from them, but nonetheless, I would raise some of these ratings a point if I could figure out how to do so.
