I have given all 5's or "excellents" because my experience with Myrak Service and Bill Hayes is always wonderful. Bill is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Twice I have been to Mirak for body work and they did an outstanding job in repairing the damage (car looks like new). While my car was in the body shop, they found a service issue which needed repair, something which I had asked about at another auto shop when I had my oil changed but got no answer about. I have since returned to the service department to have the car repaired and plan on going there for my service from now on. The shop is at a convenient location (on the bus line) and they have a van to drive customers after they drop their cars off for repair. Staff is friendly and very helpful, taking time to answer any and all questions. More

I had a 98 Toyota that was significantly damaged during a snow storm by a new driver. I called Mirak becuase they were reccomended to me for fast reliable and friendly and responsive service by My coworker S snow storm by a new driver. I never like going to delaerships because they make you feel like a number, but Not at Mirak!!! Sarah Was right. Within 30 seconds of arriving I wasnt just with a receptionist or a a customer service rep, I was with the body shop manager! He didnt ask about the car at first he was concerned about me. Bruce The body shop manger asked about my job, my schedule, and my car needs before he looked at the damage. He mad me feel like the only customer in the store and all the attention was on me. Bruce took my Keys put me in a loaner car and told me not to worry about amything! I moved on with my Life and Bruce took care of everything. He spoke with the insurance Company, dealt with the rental, and called me every day to keep me posted on the progress. To my surprise The car was done sooner than Bruce first estimated. When I arrived at Mirak to pick up my Toyota it looked better than when i first bought it (i bought it used). I was never so pleasanty surprised. I would Highly reccomend Mirak Collision center It was pleasant experience for what would normally and should normally be a pain and a inconvenient experience. I can not say enough good things aout the Mirak Collision center and the great job the Bruce Traibor does servicing the body shop customers. I brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealership for service on the emergency brake. I spoke with Service Manager Craig Tedeschi who went "above and beyond" to see that the problem was rectified,and it service on the emergency brake. I was escorted the waiting area which was very pleasant and clean. T.V., hot coffee, doughnuts and plenty of reading material. I have been to other dealerships in the past and they can't compare with the service I recieved at Mirak Hyundai. It was a very pleasant expericence, and I would recomend Mirak Hyundai to anyone. I had an appointment for the 30k miles service today and was it was a very enjoyable start to the day. My serviceman was polite, courteous and indeed very helpful in assisting me. I had also arranged to have a loaner car with one of the coupons I had received in the mail and that too went without a flaw. Bill noticed that my inspection sticker was outdated and suggested that an inspection be performed on their premises which I found absolutely great. One less thing for me to think about! The car was ready for me at a time conveniently arranged prior in the morning. The whole service didn't feel like the ordeal I would have had at another Chevrolet dealer. My husband and I were looking for a reliable commuter car, when we came upon Mirak's website. We found a few cars we might be interested in, so we called the dealership. Our experience from start to finish was incredible. The sales staff was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, as we felt the staff was interested more in making sure we were happy with our decision, rather than making a quick sale (which I have experienced with other dealerships in the past). We ended up purchasing one of the cars that we test drove, and we couldn't be happier. The car, although used, was in incredible condition, and we have been happy with it since we bought it last year. There were no surprises - the dealership represents it's cars exactly the way they are in person - they do not hide any possible flaws in the photos online. When we are ready for our next car, we will be returning to Mirak. More

At Mirak, my wife and I were very quickly shown a Hyundai Tucson which fit our needs. Although Mirak did not have it in the color and with the packages we wanted, they were able to obtain exactly the right Tucson which fit our needs. Since then their service has been excellent and prompt -- it is usually possible to watch TV in their comfortable waiting area for one or two hours and then pick up the finished car. They can often schedule service on short notice, and they are unfailingly courteous on the phone and in person. All of this stands in contrast to our experiences over the years with other Boston area car dealers and service centers. More

Seemed very open and willing to do business with me--had exactly what I wanted and allowed me to take my Azera for a nice, long test-drive. The car is almost silent when idling, and is silky-smooth. It really IS a "Korean Cadillac", and the dealership, even today, six months later, still treats me as a "cadillac owner", rather than "Oh, no, he's back _again!" Their service department is HUGE and focused with moving cars in and out through the service process efficiently and with a minimum of delay and inconvenience to the customer. The one time they made a mistake was in omitting to properly put the registration sticker on my license-plate when I bought the car and transferred the plates from my old vehicle (a beloved Toyota Tundra that was getting too expensive with gas at $4.00/gallon). As a consequence of this error, I got a ticket--which they promptly paid for me--on top of that, they gave me a card good for a free oil-change (a value of $50 to $80)! without me even having to ask for it! Would I recommend Mirak! Frankly, I don't think I will be dealing with anyone else ever again. If it isn't Mirak--it isn't a fair deal! Everyone at Mirak--You go, guys! There's a reason you've been around as long as you have--because you're honest, honorable and more than fair!!! More
