Sajjen, thank you again for choosing to do business with McGovern. As I recall we have reviewed your concerns at least 4-5 times since your taking delivery in April 2023. We showed you all the different offers to purchase with the varying miles as well as different amounts of cash down. I can't figure out how one can "QUIETLY WROTE" anything down anywhere. Every offer to purchase is printed by our computers and automatically saved. As previously indicated when the lease is up in 2026 and if the miles are close to the 12k area you thought you contracted to we will do our best to get you out clean. Thank you for your response now and earlier too. Despite multiple reviews the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction and it kept bothering me till date. The computers will only print and save what we humans enter. I wish for us to see the offer that I signed and accepted before the actual contract was drawn. Thank you for your end of the lease offer above. However, I am not sure what does "we will do our best to get you out clean" will translate to when the actual time comes. Thank you.
