Pleasantly Surprised I first started shopping at the big volume dealers assuming I could find the car I wanted on the lot and get a good price. I found cars at the big volume dealers but not the price I wanted to pay. So I decided to go to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram even though on line they didn't show any inventory of cars that I was looking for. I spoke with Lou Angelli and I told him what I was looking for and he quickly found one and then we started to negotiate. He told me his deal and then I told him my deal, and we went back and forth and finally ended up much closer to my price than theirs. They were able to deliver the car to me in 3 days, they took care of all the paperwork and there were no surprises. More

Cheater This guy is a cheater. I presented a free coupon for engine light check but after I went to pick up my car he said they have done a more careful check This guy is a cheater. I presented a free coupon for engine light check but after I went to pick up my car he said they have done a more careful check to figure out the problem so I have to pay the full price $150 and then they could tell me how to pass the state inspection. When I went to talk to him what the problems are he said I have to pay another $1100 to get a pass sticker. I decided not to let him repair my car and went to another auto repair garage to repair my car. However, after fixing my car when I went back for a re-inspection, he asked me to pay the state inspection fee again or I could not get a pass sticker. I think it is probably because I did not let him work on my car for repairing the fails. I will file a complaint and never go to this Dodge service again. More

I live in Vermont 150 miles from the dealership, so when I decided to buy another vehicle, I sought out Lou again, and got a repeat performance. I feel comfortable going to Acton Chrysler Jeep. Purchasing a vehicle is a no pressure and very enjoyable experience. Lou is very knowledgeable, kept me informed of my vehicle status, and went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly.
