don't expect speedy service, they say they are working hard for you but just take your credit and run it through every possible loan company without consent. I worked 1with 2 different sales people, told me the would run to see if i qualify and after the first no, told me they would try a few things and then added 4 new hard inquiries to my alrerady lower than ideal score. when confronted about it i was ignored for almost a week until i managed to finally get the sales manager William on the phone. he goes on to tell me he doesn't even remember me until i confirmed it was him I was speaking to. after that he goes on to accuse me of yelling while I'm trying to explain my frustration after being ignored and told ill call you tmrw 4 separate times over the course of a week. DONT do business with them i would go to a different McGovern dealership. More
