I brought my truck in for service on Thursday evening and Raul was able to help me out. They replaced the battery unfortunately on Friday morning the vehicle would not start again so I had a towed into the dealership. They gave me a loaner vehicle and then on Monday morning They sent me an email at 9 AM saying they need a verification to work on the vehicle. I tried calling back four different times finally got a response around 11:30. I asked if that was their policy not to return calls and Rob was a little argumentative. I also left a message for the general manager and never received a call back Thankfully, Nancy and Garrett were able to help me out with this matter, but I don’t believe it should be that hard to get a call back from a service member. I am a resident Newton and bought the car locally to support the business and hoping the service would be better.
