I would like to know why the customer is upset with the dealer we fixed a vandalism insurance claim with a 500 deduct for the customer and their insurance company would not go any further with repairs. the issue is with the insurance company not the dealer. If the customer would like to get in touch with the insurance company to approve the repairs we would make repairs needed. We cannot go forward with repairs unless insurance or customr is willing to pay. Please have customer explain what the dealer did wrong.

I didn't exactly choose to go somewhere else, Baystate had the chance, five days to be exact, to find the problem but they chose to try to charge me $3000.00 more for another repair. Once I had it at another repair shop, was I suppose to pay again to have it towed back to Baystate to have them fix it again? Would they have also charged me again for labor even if the part was under warranty? They can tout there mechanics praises, and I'm sure he is a good mechanic, but they don't stand behind his work. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least own up to them.
