I had a clutch assembly go bad on a 3 year old Jeep Gladiator still under warranty. Parts were backordered and the whole situation was highly inconvenient in the peak summer outdoor season. McGovern Jeep and Ken made a bad situation better by being very proactive getting the parts and scheduling the repairs and communicating effectively throughout.
